The Rock and Roll Playhouse is expanding into new cities which means our team is expanding!

We’re searching for Event Managers, Teaching Artists, Band Organizers, Merch Sellers, and Musicians/Bands to help us grow and inspire children through music in the following cities;

  • Washington D.C.
Show Manager:  Each RRPH leads on site and interacts with the band, RRPH staff, venue mgmt and customers to make sure all tasks are being performed and the show is running smoothly. Show managers also assist our main office in hiring the local team. The show manager also acts as a TA during each show.
Teaching Artist:  RRPH teaching artists are the connection between the band and the crowd. Teaching artists work closely with the band to review set list and activities, interact with children and their families, hand out materials, and lead activities. Teaching artists also introduce the show, lead the hello song, announce upcoming shows, and act as the emcee during the show. Experience working with children required.
Band Organizer: Band organizers work closely with the RRPH Music Director to locate and hire local bands and /or musicians for shows and communicate all information to the home office.
Merch Seller:  Inventory and sell merchandise during each show. Collect email lists and send detailed reports after the show.
Musicians/ Bands:  If you are interested in performing with RRPH, please send video links.
